退款政策

We understand that sometimes things might not fit or there are issues with products.

As a result we are happy to offer a 7 day exchange/replacement on any product that is not specially ordered for you from a supplier or customised (such as cut ropes).

If you do have an issue please send an email to sales@xieite.com with all the order information and the issue and we will advise how you can return the original product for exchange.

We only offer refunds where a product cannot be replaced.
