Gill Marine: Junior Edge 2.0 Boot
Designed for young sailors who need confidence and control on the water, the Junior Edge 2.0 Boot delivers secure fit, strong support, and reliable thermal protection for active sailing conditions.
Constructed from 4mm double-lined neoprene, it provides effective insulation while remaining flexible enough for movement and comfort during long days on deck. Glued and blindstitched seams help reduce water ingress, keeping feet warmer and more comfortable in wet conditions.
A lace closure system allows for an adjustable, secure fit, supported by a wide adjustable ankle strap that helps stabilise the foot and improve support during movement. This combination ensures confidence and control in changing conditions.
A stiff, supportive outsole provides excellent structure underfoot, helping young sailors maintain balance and stability. The wrap-around non-marking rubber sole delivers reliable grip on wet surfaces, while reinforced bridge detailing improves contact with hiking straps.
An updated rear ankle construction enhances flexibility and comfort, supporting natural movement during active use.
Finished in Black, this version offers a clean, technical look built for dependable junior performance on and around the water.

Product Care:
By following a few simple steps, you can help protect your rubber and neoprene footwear and maintain their performance.
After every use, it is recommend that you clean the exterior of your boots with a stiff brush and wipe with a wet sponge, leaving them to dry naturally.
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid extremes of temperature, especially sources of direct heat and sunshine. Please note that boat cabins and stowage lockers can be subject to significant changes in temperature.
Should the inside of your boots become wet, you should thoroughly dry before use or long-term storage. Crumpled newspaper will help draw out moisture and can help speed up the drying time.
Heat and a lack of abrasion can cause the outside surface of the sole to stiffen and become shiny over time. You can renew the rubber material with a grit paper or by regularly walking over rough surfaces such as asphalt or concrete.
